U.S. Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Products must be in original, factory sealed condition with the original packaging. Unfortunately, items that have been opened cannot be returned, used or unused, unless a defect has been found.

Please note that:

  • Unopened products should be returned within 14 days of notifying
  • We encourage all returns to be securely packaged and sent back with tracking. All orders shipped without tracking or as a "refused package" are at the customer's discretion. We are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Orders can be returned for original payment or store credit, less shipping costs.
  • If a refund to the credit card or Paypal account is not possible, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the refund.
  • All original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, and a product is returned through no fault of ours, the cost we paid for shipping will be deducted.
  • All returned goods are subject to inspection prior to giving credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and your refund will be processed if approved.
  • Packages returned to us by the carrier will be fully refunded, less the original shipping charge.

If 14 days have gone by since the date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    International Package Returns and/or Refused

    For returns, please contact us at within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If 14 days have gone by since the date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
      If your package is returned or refused because of any of the following reasons: an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package, or your country's customs denies the package, the customer is responsible for any additional costs charged to Sweet Baby Company for the return of the package. Shipping charges are non-refundable, but if the package is returned to us by carrier we will refund you the product cost.
